Maintenance Handyman
Description:
The Handyman/Punch Out Technician is responsible for completing work orders, including remodels, alterations on suites and essential maintenance throughout the building.
They must possess the ability to complete a variety of basic tasks independently.
Requirements:
RequirementsCompletes carpentry work associated with building out of vacant suites and completing work in our common areas, including rough and finishMust have the ability to finish and hang drywall, install metal studs and track, frame in and hang doors, measure and cut trimOperate a miter box and wet sawInstall plank and tile flooringBasic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems is requiredMust be organized and maintain a clean workspaceDaily communication with the office manager on job progress and supply needsReports to management upon job completion or when problems/discrepancies occurAdheres to established policies and procedures, paying particular attention to safety regulationsMust have the ability to work on and support a teamMust have basic computer skills and email knowledgeMust have effective time management skillsMust have the ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbsCompensation details:
