The Manager will oversee and support program providers/staff in program activities and business development within the assigned clinical services.

As a Manager at TES, you will:
identify, train, support, and coach the therapeutic and administrative team; maintain regular and effective written and oral communications with contracted agencies to ensure and maintain proper marketing and referral sources for the program; direct and coordinate intakes and all aspects of therapy schedules, in conjunction with program staff and referring agencies; ensure effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration among the department's professional and support staff by holding frequent meetings, conducting observations, and providing formal and informal feedback to staff; coordinate with your Regional Director to help develop and formulate departmental budgets, provide ongoing monitoring and review of the monthly financial versus budget reports, and propose cost controls and revisions as needed; review and manage enrollment of clients and staff to ensure the program meets targeted goals; develop action plans and strategies to improve attendance, productivity, and enrollment effectively; and oversee credentialing and medical billing as it relates to therapeutic services.
You will need the following minimum qualifications to be considered:
licensed or Certificated as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech and Language Pathologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Board Certified Behavior Analyst; 3-5 years of providing direct services to clients as an OT, PT, SLP, Psych, or ABA; 1-3 years of management/supervisory experience in positions; hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage); clear a current background check (BCI and FBI); and a current TB Test (within the last 12 months).
Preferred qualifications include:
3-5 years experience in a management/supervisory position; experience building relationships with local partners, such as county boards of developmental disabilities, children's hospitals, and other pediatric service providers; and knowledge of and experience with guiding the clinical practice and billing regulations in a multidisciplinary setting, including Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapies, Applied Behavior Analysis, and Clinical Psychology.

Assigned work environments vary from site to site and may require services to be provided in a distance learning/therapy model.
The work environment usually comprises several adults and children in a classroom, clinic, or campus facility, with supervisors traveling to multiple sites/clinics.
